It's time to admit that you made a mistake with this pick. When a person doesn't have the work ethic to perform his job(no matter what the job is) your going to get what your getting.... I mean 64 yrds against the Chiefs? It's obvious that this man doesn't care.....It's time to cut your loses and move on without him....What Mr Russell should do is take a look at other Qb's that were drafted after him...Ryan from the Falcons, Shaub from the Texans, and Flacco from the Ravens are just a few that have lead their teams to winning records...Even Mr Sanchez(Jets) is better at this stage of his career than Mr Russell......All I can say is it's time for Mr Davis and Mr Russell to look into the mirror. I have this comment, I understand that the game is played with outstanding athletes. I do not understand the lack of desire, but more than that I cannot understand the absence of passion. I understand that, as a fan I am not Privy to the day and day progress of the RAIDERS. Passion and effort is your strength and as a Coach, Player, a member of the the RAIDERS that is all you owe to yourself and your fans, I understand that the elite teams of the NFL can afford not to play there starting "O", "D" "Special Teams", In the last Pre-Season Game. But I feel we needed the work and experience. When we become an elite team, maybe we have that luxury, WE ARE IN DOG FIGHT!! LET THE HUNGRIEST DOG EAT.
