We had good years and bad years and the only constant has been Al Davis. Maybe that's the spot to have a long hard look. We had 3 Heisman Trophy winners on one team and did not produce well. I say, grow our own and get some young blood in the head office. I'm from Toronto Ontario, Canada and love the raiders even though I can't see the games every week.
